Before placing your order, please review your selected item, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information carefully.

Because OZZz Brand Apparel may be produced through third-party fulfillment partners, orders may begin processing shortly after purchase.

At this time, OZZz Brand Apparel purchases are generally considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Selecting the wrong color
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Normal variations in product color, print placement, or appearance

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by OsZbZrZ LLC.

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation once they have been submitted, processed, or sent to fulfillment.
