OsZbZrZ LLC operates oszbzrz.com and the public-facing OZZz brand experience, including OZZz, Your Dutch Uncle, Smash Bros Radio, OZZz Brand Apparel, the OZZz Business Directory, Artist of the Week, Ask OZZz, podcast content, sponsorship opportunities, advertising opportunities, and related website features.

OsZbZrZ® is a registered trademark of OsZbZrZ LLC. “SBR” represents Smash Bros Radio. While the company name and registered trademark are OsZbZrZ, the public-facing brand may appear throughout the website as OZZz.

By using this website, purchasing a directory listing, submitting Artist of the Week materials, submitting advertising materials, sponsoring content, submitting a business listing, or participating in any OZZz advertising, editorial, or promotional opportunity, you agree to these Terms & Advertising Guidelines.

This website is provided for informational, entertainment, business directory, shopping, podcast, sponsorship, advertising, and general communication purposes.

Visitors may browse the website, listen to podcast content, shop OZZz Brand Apparel, submit forms, explore the Business Directory, submit materials for Artist of the Week consideration, and interact with available website features.

You agree not to use this website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, disruptive, or damaging to OsZbZrZ LLC, the OZZz brand, website visitors, customers, advertisers, sponsors, directory participants, or third-party platforms connected to the website.

The OZZz Business Directory gives businesses, brands, service providers, entertainers, creatives, and professionals a place to be listed within the OZZz community.

Directory listings may be available through monthly, quarterly, or other paid listing options determined by OsZbZrZ LLC.

Submitting a business listing does not guarantee approval, publication, placement, visibility, traffic, sales, leads, bookings, engagement, followers, or audience response.

OsZbZrZ LLC reserves the right to review, approve, decline, edit, pause, or remove any listing at its discretion.

Music artists may appear in the Business Directory if a paid directory listing is approved. Artist of the Week submissions are reviewed separately and are not paid directory listings unless otherwise stated.

Artist of the Week is a complimentary selected editorial feature created to highlight music artists, DJs, spoken word artists, performers, and entertainers within the OZZz community.

Artists and entertainers may submit music, videos, booking information, performances, events, releases, social media links, images, and brand details for review and possible feature.

Submission does not guarantee selection, publication, promotion, social media sharing, traffic, engagement, bookings, sales, followers, audience response, or any specific result.

Selected Artist of the Week features may be shared across OZZz-related platforms at OsZbZrZ LLC’s discretion. Social sharing is not guaranteed.

OsZbZrZ LLC reserves the right to approve, decline, edit, pause, or remove any Artist of the Week submission or feature at its discretion.

Artist of the Week is an editorial feature and should not be understood as a paid advertisement, sponsorship, endorsement, or guaranteed promotional placement.

Business Directory categories may include:

• DJs & Entertainment
• Fashion & Beauty
• Finance
• Food & Beverage
• Health & Wellness
• Legal Corner
• Music Artists
• Trades

OsZbZrZ LLC may add, remove, rename, or reorganize directory categories as needed.

Businesses are responsible for providing accurate, current, and lawful information for their listings.

This may include:

• Business name
• Business category
• Business description
• Contact information
• Website links
• Social media links
• Images, logos, or graphics
• Service details
• Promotional language

Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any names, logos, images, trademarks, music, graphics, or other materials submitted for a listing.

OsZbZrZ LLC is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized information submitted by a business, advertiser, sponsor, artist, or directory participant.

OZZz may offer advertising and sponsorship opportunities connected to the website, podcast, Business Directory, social media, email communication, video content, audio content, or other brand platforms.

Advertising and sponsorship opportunities may include, but are not limited to:

• Podcast episode sponsorships
• Website advertising
• Business Directory listings
• Featured business placements
• Sponsored mentions
• Promotional content
• Brand collaborations
• Other approved advertising opportunities

All advertising and sponsorship placements are subject to review and approval by OsZbZrZ LLC.

Submitting an advertising or sponsorship request does not guarantee approval, placement, exclusivity, performance, reach, sales, leads, engagement, or specific results.

Artist of the Week is handled separately as a selected editorial feature unless otherwise stated in writing.

Advertising, sponsorship, directory, and promotional content must be respectful, lawful, accurate, and appropriate for the OZZz audience.

OsZbZrZ LLC may decline, edit, pause, or remove advertising content that includes or promotes:

• False or misleading claims
• Illegal products, services, or activity
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language
• Explicit sexual content
• Exploitative, abusive, or threatening content
• Fraudulent offers or scams
• Unlicensed professional claims
• Unauthorized use of trademarks, images, logos, music, or copyrighted materials
• Content that may harm the reputation of OsZbZrZ LLC, OZZz, Smash Bros Radio, or related brand platforms
• Content that conflicts with the values, tone, audience, or purpose of the OZZz brand

OsZbZrZ LLC reserves the right to make final decisions about what advertising, sponsorship, directory, editorial, or promotional content is accepted.

OsZbZrZ LLC may remove, decline, suspend, restrict, or refuse any submission, listing, account, message, advertisement, sponsorship, artist feature, or participation that it believes may be harmful, misleading, abusive, inappropriate, unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, excessively graphic, or inconsistent with the operation of the OZZz platform and community.

This helps protect the website, the podcast, the audience, participating businesses, artists, sponsors, and the overall OZZz brand experience.

Some businesses, services, products, or claims may require extra review before approval.

This may include businesses connected to:

• Financial services
• Legal services
• Health and wellness services
• Medical or therapeutic claims
• Supplements or wellness products
• Alcohol-related businesses
• Adult-oriented content
• High-risk products or services
• Regulated industries

OsZbZrZ LLC may request additional information, proof of licensing, revised copy, or clarification before approving these listings, advertisements, sponsorships, or promotional materials.

Approval of a listing, advertisement, sponsorship, or feature does not mean OsZbZrZ LLC verifies professional licensing, credentials, certifications, results, claims, or legal compliance.

Advertising with OZZz does not guarantee specific results.

OsZbZrZ LLC does not guarantee:

• Sales
• Leads
• Bookings
• Website visits
• Social media engagement
• Podcast listens
• Business growth
• Customer inquiries
• Search ranking
• Return on investment
• Audience response

Advertising and directory participation provide placement and visibility according to the selected opportunity. Results may vary.

Selection for Artist of the Week also does not guarantee promotion, social sharing, followers, bookings, sales, engagement, traffic, or audience response.

Advertising, sponsorship, and Business Directory listing fees must be paid according to the selected package, invoice, checkout process, or written agreement.

Payment terms may vary based on the type of placement purchased.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, advertising, sponsorship, and directory fees are paid in advance.

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed publication, paused listings, removal of advertising, or cancellation of placement.

Artist of the Week is currently a complimentary selected editorial feature. No payment is required to submit for consideration unless OsZbZrZ LLC creates a separate paid artist, advertising, sponsorship, or promotional opportunity in the future.

If a business purchases a monthly or quarterly Business Directory listing, the listing will remain active for the paid term unless removed earlier under these Terms & Advertising Guidelines.

Businesses are responsible for renewing their listings if they wish to remain visible after the paid term ends.

OsZbZrZ LLC may send renewal reminders, but it is the business owner’s responsibility to keep payment and listing details current.

Because advertising, sponsorship, and directory placements may involve review, preparation, scheduling, setup, and/or publication, payments may be non-refundable once work has begun, a listing has been published, or a sponsorship or advertising placement has been reserved.

OsZbZrZ LLC may review refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed to in writing.

Removal, cancellation, or expiration of a listing, advertisement, sponsorship, or promotional placement does not automatically guarantee a refund.

OsZbZrZ LLC may review submitted listing, advertising, sponsorship, artist, or promotional content before publication.

We may make light edits for clarity, formatting, grammar, length, audience appropriateness, privacy, or website consistency.

Any major changes may be sent back to the business, advertiser, sponsor, or participant for review when appropriate.

OsZbZrZ LLC may also request revised content if submitted materials do not fit the website, category, audience, tone, or advertising guidelines.

OsZbZrZ LLC reserves the right to remove, pause, decline, or cancel any listing, advertisement, sponsorship, artist feature, promotional content, or submitted material at its discretion.

This may happen if content is found to be:

• Misleading
• Inaccurate
• Inappropriate
• Harmful
• Unlawful
• In violation of these guidelines
• In conflict with the OZZz brand
• The subject of credible complaints
• Connected to unpaid, expired, or disputed fees

Removal does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Businesses, advertisers, sponsors, artists, and directory participants are responsible for their own products, services, offers, claims, customer communication, fulfillment, licensing, compliance, and business practices.

OsZbZrZ LLC is not responsible for disputes between visitors, customers, advertisers, sponsors, directory businesses, service providers, artists, or third-party companies.

Visitors are responsible for doing their own research before contacting, hiring, purchasing from, booking, or working with any business, artist, advertiser, sponsor, or service provider listed or promoted through the OZZz website.

A listing, advertisement, sponsorship, artist feature, or promotional placement on oszbzrz.com does not automatically mean OsZbZrZ LLC endorses, guarantees, verifies, or recommends that business, product, service, professional, artist, or offer.

Paid placements are advertising opportunities unless clearly stated otherwise.

Artist of the Week is an editorial feature and does not guarantee endorsement, sponsorship, or promotional results.

Use of this website does not give you ownership rights in any OsZbZrZ LLC trademarks, content, or brand materials.

By submitting logos, images, business descriptions, advertisements, sponsorship content, artist materials, graphics, text, links, music, videos, or other materials to OsZbZrZ LLC, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit those materials.

You grant OsZbZrZ LLC permission to use submitted materials for the purpose of reviewing, creating, displaying, promoting, managing, editing, or sharing your approved listing, advertisement, sponsorship, artist feature, or related promotional placement.

This permission may include use on the website, podcast-related materials, social media, email communication, video content, audio content, or other OZZz brand platforms connected to the purchased, submitted, or approved opportunity.

Directory listings, advertisements, sponsorships, artist features, and website content may include links to third-party websites, social media pages, payment platforms, business websites, podcast platforms, video platforms, or other outside resources.

OsZbZrZ LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, products, services, claims, security, privacy practices, or actions of third-party websites or services.

Visitors are responsible for reviewing third-party websites, businesses, and platforms before sharing information, making purchases, booking services, or entering into agreements.
